Acceptance of Terms
By using any Her Journey Suite application, you agree to these Terms. These Terms and our Privacy Policy form your complete agreement with Ziggy Tech Ventures LLC.
Description of Service
Her Journey: Wisdom is a consumer wellness application — not a medical device or healthcare provider. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Her Journey: Wisdom provides menopause symptom tracking, HRT/supplement logging, community wisdom circles, and wellness resources. These tools support — but never replace — the care of your healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor for menopause diagnosis and hormone therapy decisions.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Provide accurate information during onboarding
- Use the Suite only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
- Be at least 13 years old
Subscription & Billing
Free Tier
Basic features available at no charge.
7-Day Free Trial
Her Journey Pro includes a full 7-day free trial. No charge during the trial.
After Trial
Automatically charged at the current Pro rate (monthly or annual) at trial end.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from Settings › Subscription. Effect at end of current billing period.
Refunds
Full refund within 48 hours of first post-trial charge. Email ziggytech@icloud.com — subject: "Refund Request."
Price Changes
30 days' notice for any price changes. Changes do not apply retroactively.
Intellectual Property
All Suite content, design, code, and branding belong to Ziggy Tech Ventures LLC. Your health data and personal entries remain yours — we claim no ownership.
Prohibited Uses
- Use the Suite for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Suite
- Use the Suite to harm, harass, or stalk any person
- Share or sell another user's health data
- Impersonate Ziggy Tech Ventures LLC or its team
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIGGY TECH VENTURES LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ziggy Tech Ventures LLC from claims arising from your use of the Suite, violations of these Terms, or violations of any third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
Laws of the State of Nevada.
Informal Resolution First
Contact us at ziggytech@icloud.com 30 days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration
AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, Clark County, Nevada. Decision is final and binding.
Class Action Waiver
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with app or email notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
